Bucket Elevator

Bucket Elevator

A Bucket Elevator is a highly efficient material handling machine used for the vertical transportation of bulk materials such as grains, pellets, sawdust, fertilizer, sand, cement, biomass, and other granular or powdered materials. It is widely used in agriculture, biomass plants, pellet plants, food processing, cement plants, and industrial material handling systems.

The machine consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain, which continuously move in a vertical loop. The buckets scoop material from the bottom inlet and carry it to the top discharge point where it is released by centrifugal force or gravity into a chute or conveyor.

Bucket elevators are designed for high efficiency, low maintenance, dust-free operation, and smooth material flow, making them ideal for continuous material lifting applications in industrial plants.

With strong construction and customizable design, bucket elevators can handle large capacities and high lifting heights, ensuring reliable and energy-efficient material conveying.
