Thermal Fogging Machine

Thermal Fogging Machine

The Thermal Fogging Machine is a highly efficient solution designed for effective pest control, mosquito control, and disinfection in large outdoor and indoor areas. This advanced machine works by converting liquid chemicals into ultra-fine fog particles through a high-temperature vaporization process, allowing the fog to penetrate deep into hard-to-reach areas such as bushes, drains, warehouses, farms, poultry sheds, and public spaces.

Our Thermal Fogging Machine is manufactured using high-quality components to ensure durability, reliable performance, and easy operation. It is widely used by municipal corporations, agriculture farms, pest control companies, warehouses, residential societies, and government health departments for controlling mosquitoes, flies, and harmful insects.

The machine produces dense fog that spreads quickly and covers large areas, making it an ideal choice for vector control, sanitation, and disease prevention programs. Its robust design, high fogging capacity, and fuel-efficient operation make it a cost-effective and powerful fogging solution.

Working Principle:

Raw coal is unloaded and fed into the receiving hopper.
Coal is transferred through belt conveyors or bucket elevators.
Large coal lumps are reduced to the required size using a coal crusher.
Crushed coal passes through vibrating screens for proper sizing.
Processed coal is stored in coal bunkers or silos.
Feeders regulate the coal flow and supply it to the boiler furnace continuously.
